Abstract submission is now open

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Dear Colleagues,
Please note the following:
The abstract should be submitted online after completing the Registration form.
The abstract should be submitted in English (Times New Roman, 12pt, no more than 300 words, please do not insert figures or tables).
Text of the abstract with the title and author’s affiliations should not exceed one A4 page.

Abstract submission deadline February 1, 2022.

Step-by-step guide for submission:
1) Please register online and enter your Personal area.
2) Click on “Abstract submission” from the left-side menu.
3) Please select the type of participation:
– poster
– oral presentation.
4) You will be asked to enter:
Title of the abstract (no more than 150 characters with spaces, use a capital letter only at the beginning of the title);
Authors’ and co-authors’ names, affiliations (institute, department, city and country) and active contact e-mail. Name of the presenting author should be underlined.
5) Attach file with your abstract in MS Word format (please use .doc , not .docx format) which should not exceed 300 words and should have the following structure:

6) Please check your uploaded abstract and confirm submission.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and you will receive a notification of a decision within two weeks after the final deadline for abstract submission.
